St Monica’s Catholic College
The final stage of the St Monica’s College redevelopment comprised the extension of the four storey building completed under previous stages to incorporate a variety of learning spaces for students, and a new canteen to serve the whole College.
Mechanical Scope The college is served by a campus chilled water system, shared with the Catholic Services building and the St Monica’s Cathedral. The canteen included commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and cold rooms.
Electrical Scope This stage incorporated the replacement of the campus Main Switchboard, requiring the careful staging and temporary supply to buildings to ensure a continuation of operation during the works and changover.
